Each participant will be allocated 3 minutes to perform.
Participants must bring all the equipment and materials required for their performance.
The organizers will provide only a mic, amplifier, and attached speakers.
A maximum of 15 participants will be allowed to perform, with names submitted by February 24, 2026.
